Nettles, dandelions and cleavers - did you know that some of our most common weeds are edible plants? Join this hands-on 1-hour workshop exploring the edible and medicinal plants all around campus, learning how to safely identify, harvest and prepare native Irish plants, perfect for complete beginners.
✨ What's happening? ✨
This workshop will be an interactive, 1 hour walking tour around St. Patricks Campus and All Hallows Campus led by Denise Dunne of the Herb School. Denise will teach about identifying edible and medicinal plants and safe foraging practices. The tour will begin at 1pm sharp outside Cregan Library and finish at 2pm on All Hallows Campus.
