Need Help?
Do I have to be over 18 to attend events?
Most of our events are open to all students with a few exceptions. Only our late-night events are restricted to over-18s. When you click on an event, it’ll state this at the bottom. You will be asked to show photo ID on the night.
Can non-DCU students attend events?
We’re sorry but only DCU students can attend our events.We like to ensure that our students get first dibs on tickets and are guaranteed an exciting and safe event and for that reason, we must restrict ticket sales to DCU students.
Can I buy a ticket for a friend?
You can buy a ticket for a friend but again, they must be a DCU student. You will be asked to enter their student details in the final step of purchasing a ticket. You can usually buy tickets for you and four friends. For some of our high-demand events, tickets are capped at two per person.
Do I need to print my ticket?
There's no need to print your ticket. Your ticket will arrive in your email and you'll be able to add your tickets to your Google Pay or Apple Wallet. You can print it if you'd like to but we'd rather you save the planet.
What if my phone dies with my ticket on it?
Don't worry, your ticket will always be in your account here and on your email address. As well, when you're attending the event, if necessary, we can locate your ticket on our system and get you checked in!

How do I trasnfer my ticket to someone else?
To trasnfer a ticket; Log in to your Native account in which you bought the ticket, then go to 'Your Account' > 'Bookings', click on the ticket you wish to transfer and click 'Transfer Ticket'. Finally input the Student Email to who you are transferring the ticket to, make sure the transferee has a native account under that email.
