Get ready for an inspiring day at Dublin City University where the Deaf community and allies come together to research effective approaches to instrumental multisensory music with and for the Deaf community.

This in-person event is packed with engaging presentations from Deaf percussionist Dame Evelyn Glennie, Deaf flautist Ruth Montgomery, composer Dr George Higgs and includes an interactive haptic workshop led by Music and Health Ireland.
The day is curated by violinist Jane Hackett and Deaf performers Lianne Quigley and Omar Lorenzo. Whether you're part of the Deaf community, passionate about Deaf culture, technology, or education, we want you to come along.
